I founded Salt Creek Advisory, an AI-native deal sourcing and investment banking practice. We work with private equity firms on origination, market engagement, and portfolio support. The AI part is real. We use it to move faster and go deeper than traditional sourcing.
Most of my time is spent connecting with business owners, sourcing opportunities, and helping investment teams find the right fit. The work is relationship-driven. That part never changes.
I also host The Making Of Hosted By Jack Pitts, a podcast where I sit down with founders and operators to talk about how their businesses actually got built. Not the highlight reel. The real stuff.
I grew up in Chicago, went to Vanderbilt, and ended up in New York. Outside of work, I love being outdoors, traveling, and getting away from a screen when I can.
