Private equity, business development, and the stories behind how things actually get built.
01 — About

Originally from Chicago
Real conversations create real opportunities.
I'm a private equity and business development professional based in New York. I work at Kingfish Group, where we partner with PE managers to support investment execution and growth across the middle market.
I also run Salt Creek Advisory, an advisory practice focused on working with private equity firms on deal origination, market engagement, and portfolio support. Most of my time is spent connecting with business owners and helping investment teams find the right opportunities.
On the side, I host The Making Of Hosted By Jack Pitts, a podcast where I sit down with founders and operators to talk about how their businesses actually got built. Not the highlight reel. The real stuff.
I grew up in Chicago, went to Vanderbilt, and ended up in New York. Outside of work, I'm usually outdoors. I love nature, traveling, and getting away from a screen when I can.
